Pan applicants can now download their e-PANs directly through UTIITSL's and NSDL's website. The users can get the link for downloading their e-PAN in PDF form free of cost within last one month's from date of issue. If user lost their pan card and want to download their pan card after one month's from date of issue ,the users shall have to make an online payment of Rs. 8.26 (Inclusive of taxes) against every download of their e-Pan card.

Enter PAN number ,Month & Year of (Date of Birth / Incorporation / Agreement / Partnership or Trust Deed / Formation of Body of Individuals / Association of Persons),Captcha and then click on submit button.
After that verify otp sent to their registered email id or mobile number and then download Pan card.
Mobile Number not linked in Pan Card
If pan card is not linked with mobile number ,then user can't download their pan card.For linking mobile number in pan card ,User need to fill Change/Correction in PAN Card form .After applying change/correction form user get their new pan card and they will be able to download their pan card anytime .The users shall have to make an online payment of Rs. 8.26 (Inclusive of taxes) against every download of their e-Pan card.
