We can now update the address of PAN Card using Aadhaar eKYC.Those who are willing to update the address of PAN Card as per Aadhaar Card (UIDAI) can update their PAN Card address.For this mobile number should be linked in aadhar card.
The address update facility through eKYC mode is applicable only for Indian Citizens those Aadhaar is already linked with the PAN.
Applicant will get an OTP for eKYC authentication on the mobile number registered with UIDAI records. If the mobile number does not exist as per UIDAI records or the OTP is not authenticated, this services will not be facilitate to update the address as per UIDAI records.
The address will be updated at Income Tax Department records as available with UIDAI Database for the PAN when opted through this facility. Those who are not willing to update the address as per UIDAI records are requested to apply through change request mode to update the address.
